Will Call Pickup's

While we can't control the shipping rates that are always in flux, Global Event Supply will always try do anything we can to lighten the load. If you are in the greater Houston, TX or Los Angeles, CA area, feel free to contact our customer service team to see if a Will Call Pickup is possible. We may not have  every product in stock at all times, but we do try to keep our top selling products available when you need them. 

Does my order qualify for Will Call Pickup?

As long as the products on your order are in stock in our Texas or California warehouse and not assigned to someone else's order, it qualifies for Will Call Pickup.

How can I be sure that my order will be ready for me when I arrive?

By taking just a few easy steps, you can be sure that your Will Call Pickup goes smoothly.

  1. Contact our Sales or Customer Service Team to place your order and schedule an appointment for your Will Call Pickup
  2. Before heading to our warehouse, measure the inside of your vehicle to ensure you have enough room to carry your product. It's important to measure from various positions because as the products are loaded, the point of entry changes. The opening to the back of the vehicle could be quite a bit larger at the bottom of opening than the top. Also be sure that your vehicle can support the weight of the product you will be carrying. Many vehicles are designed with carrying passengers in mind. Even just 10 boxes of plastic folding chairs is heavier than your average car load of teenagers on their way to pick up pizza.
  3. Bring extra hands. We look forward to providing you with the event equipment you need, however we do not always have extra staff on hand to help load customer vehicles. Please be sure to bring someone to help you lift when ordering product that may be too heavy or large for you to load yourself.
  4. Map out the route before you go. Knowing how to get to the warehouse ahead of time will ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment.

Need to reschedule?

If you have something unexpected comes up that will prevent you from picking up your will call order, just give us a shout to reschedule. 

What if I decide not to pickup my order?

If your order has not been picked up within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, it will be canceled and the product will be returned to inventory for sale. Your canceled will call pick up orders will be refunded, however a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund so please be sure you will be able to fulfill your request.
